This well-established real estate firm seeks a Title Processor in office located in the heart of Tysons Corner, VA.

5 days a week in the office with all safety protocols; 9-5:30

You must have strong customer service skills and be detail oriented with at least two years of title processing experience. Knowledge of Qualia is strongly preferred.

This position is responsible for keeping each transaction on track to a successful real estate settlement. There is extensive contact with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers.

You will review incoming information and documents for accuracy, and completeness; review title abstract, and quality check each file; create settlement statements; prepare closing packages; schedule closings, and balance transactions.
