Remote Litigation – Docket Coordinator
You must live in AZ or CA. The docket center is in Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore Area) with phenomenal management and a fun, dedicated, and laid-back culture.
This job offers a hybrid (if you want it) or fully remote model with onsite training for 1-2 weeks in the beginning.
Hours: You can start from 7 am to 10 am and work 7.5 hours Because of working with California offices
They pay up to $60,000, depending on legal experience and education.

The firm seeks a Docket Coordinator with at least 1 year of docket experience. This position works closely with other members of the Docket Department to maintain the Firm’s docket system. This position works exclusively in California and California attorneys in LA and SF.
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Performs electronic legal docketing via docketing software (CompuLaw) from court documents, correspondence, rules, and statutes; proven ability to research dates when necessary to supplement automated information independently
- Intermediate knowledge and application of County, State, and U.S. District Court rules and regulations
- Receives and reviews documents (correspondence, emails, forms, pleadings, etc.) submitted to the Docket Department for processing; determines the method of service; utilizes CompuLaw and its incorporated rule sets to automatically calculate due dates, deadlines, and/or events following the appropriate rules; manually modifies docket event descriptions as requested and/or required; manually overrides resulting due dates, deadlines, and/or events as necessary. Advises attorneys and staff accordingly.
- Proofreads and reviews calendar entries to ensure accuracy
- Must have accurate typing and word processing skills and the ability to pay strict attention to detail. Spelling, punctuation, and use of grammar must be accurate.
- Must have strong organizational skills, exercise attention to detail, and be able to work well under pressure
- Must be an excellent communicator with strong reasoning and memory skills
- A service-oriented individual who can work independently in a well-organized manner
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a college degree or equivalent is preferred. A combination of education and experience must demonstrate the ability to do the position’s essential functions.
- A minimum of one year of California litigation docket experience
- CompuLaw experience is strongly preferred. A paralegal certificate is helpful.
