Appian Director

This growing Appian Consulting firm is looking for an Appian Director to manage their US Professional Services department.  You will be responsible for managing their Professional Services department within a defined geography, focusing both on ensuring the implementation of strategic, advanced technology solutions, as well as the day-to-day procedures that drive efficiency, efficacy, and value. To be successful in this position you should be well-rounded, sophisticated Appian professional who is capable of maintaining client relationships and driving client success through technology-driven innovation.

As a full-time employee, you will be a key part of the growth and success of the firm that will fulfill your passion for technology.  Furthering both the short-term and long-term vision and strategic plans for their Appian practice, maintaining alignment with our company values and vision; Continually emphasizing our customer-centric approach, ensuring that this method is promoted across our relationships; Managing multiple Appian implementation teams throughout delivery; Supporting Delivery Managers and Team Leads to identify issues and trends that may impact existing or future projects, leading to organizational improvement and safeguarding against project risks; Establishing and implementing metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business value; Assist with day-to-day operations in the US 

You must have at least 5+ years of experience in technology consulting; 3+ years of experience with Appian; Experience throughout the software development life cycle; Experience leading small to medium sized teams; Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Clear communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients; Excellent time management skills, being able to adapt to shifting priorities efficiently and successfully; Proven reliability and strict adherence to deadlines; Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively with a positive track record of ensuring delivery timelines are met by all team members.  Preferred Skills are Experience with Agile implementations (Scrum); Recent Appian development experience
