This International employee-focused State-of-the-Art Government Contractor provides migration, networking, computing, and security for hybrid cloud environments with cutting-edge contracts nationwide. The firm is searching for an AWS Architect/Migration Specialist to join their team in Herndon or Springfield, Virginia.
As the AWS Architect/Migration Specialist, you will work with our partners to plan, design, and implement an application and data migration to AWS.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding AWS Multi-Account Strategy, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, serverless solution, automation, Control Tower, Landing Zone, IAM policies, CloudFormation, Terraform, and database concepts.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking as well as Cloud Load Balancers, Route53, Security Groups, VPC’s,
- Comfortable working with AWS CLI and knowledge of JSON and PowerShell scripting
