This incredible, stable and growing IT services government contractor filled with happy people seeks an FSO to work at their Headquarters in Arlington, VA with the ability after 60 days to work remotely 2-3 days a week.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and be a part of the Operations team. Get your running shoes on because this firm is growing rapidly and doubling in size within the next year. They need an experienced FSO to develop and implement procedures that will support their continued growth, both in this department and the company. You will be responsible for the administration of all company security needs.

You will oversee all of the Facility Security day-to-day operations; Responsible for sending, receiving, reviewing and tracking DD254’s and other Security documents; Maintain the firm’s status with DSS and oversee annual audits; Maintain the Facility Security document repository, making sure all documents are saved in accordance with current laws and regulations; Track and maintain training and re-investigations needed for employees; Maintain the firm’s records in JPAS; Maintain visit requests within or outside of JPAS; Act as main point of contact for security related needs with partners and customer security officers; Keep up with current security laws and regulations; You must be able to exercise independent judgment, confidentiality and have the ability to identify, analyze and resolve security-related matters.

REQUIRED SKILLS: You must have a current and active Top-Secret Clearance; 1-3 years of FSO experience; and an In depth knowledge of NISPOM
