This growing information technology government contractor that is growing rapidly across the US with business seeks a Production Site Engineer DECC Unix System Administrator
to work at their client location in OKC. This is truly one of the Best Places to work.
You will report directly to the extremely knowledgeable Technology Operations Manager and will be a part of the Operations team.
You will perform Linux/Unix administration, including recognizing and troublshooting problems, executing detailed Change Request (CR) instructions, complying with change control, scripting and shell programming, and performing operations and maintenance tasks in a production DoD environment; Coordinate, guide, and support engineering staff in troubleshooting PKI-related systems and applications; Maintain the health and proper functioning of Linux-based computer systems in a DoD production environment by applying, updating, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Linux administration tasks.
You must have experience with Linux 5/6/7, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5/6/7, and to be familiar with DoD Network Security practices and STIG, knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure Certification System and Directory services is highly preferred.
3+ solid years of related experience and a BS in a related field of study or 8+ years of related experience will be considered in the place of a degree.
Required Certification: IAT Level II
You must have a DoD active current SECRET clearance
