Base salary up to $55,000 with commission potential of $60,000 to $120,000
M-F from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

As the Real Estate Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for buying and selling homes for House Buyers of America. You will follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes. Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties. Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification. Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties. Meet with homeowners face-to-face to present offers at their properties. Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during the closing process
You will do 4 hours a day of auto-dialed cold and warm calls, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.
The firm wants a go-getter that can roll up their sleeves and dive right into the job.
Qualifications to be Successful
5+ years of inside or outside warm and cold–call sales experience, preferably in home building, construction or real estate, or any industry where cold calls sales was a significant part of your job.
You have to be consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in all current and previous sales roles
Extensive cold call experience
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is strongly preferred.
