Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office in downtown Chicago (The Loop) and two days remote. Located within a few blocks of Union Station or the South Shore Line
8:30-5 or 9-5:30 with an hour lunch break

This fantastic firm seeks an Ebilling administrator whose defining characteristics are achievement, initiative, professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability; then, you are the person they are seeking to join their Chicago office.
You will be a vital resource within the team that is responsible for management of the Firm’s global Ebilling activities. You would be responsible for support of assigned clients, daily maintenance activities, solving problems, devising solutions, assisting team members and providing exemplary service to the Firm’s partners and clients.
Qualifications
Please have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered instead of the degree
3+ years of prior law firm billing and Ebilling experience, required
Knowledge of electronic billing sites preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of Ledes and XML formats
Knowledge of the legal billing process
Prior experience working with Aderant, DTE, and Copitrak systems, preferred
Familiarity with Ebilling sites, i.e., Serengeti, Bridgeway, DataCert, and T360, preferred
